Mumbai/Bhopal, State Bureau. In Maharashtra, the BJP will keep itself away from the crisis looming over the Shiv Sena coalition government. Last time in the year 2019, due to lack of experience in forming the government in a hurry with NCP leader Ajit Pawar, the BJP will not give a direct hand this time until the party of rebel Shiv Sena MLA Eknath Shinde is separated in the Maharashtra Assembly. Recognition is not received.
The BJP also has a fear that if the rebel MLAs are trapped in any emotional gamble of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, they may remain in Shiv Sena, in such a situation the BJP stepped in and may have to face grit once again.
Along with this, the crisis of Maharashtra can also be prolonged in the year 2020 like the political change of Madhya Pradesh. Both the minority Uddhav government and the rebel leader Eknath Shinde can take refuge in the Supreme Court.
The BJP has another apprehension that the NCP leader sitting on the post of Deputy Speaker in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly may prolong the matter. Legal experts say that in such a situation, the possibility of imposition of President’s rule cannot be ruled out.
Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya, co-in-charge of Maharashtra BJP, says that the political crisis on the Uddhav government is an internal matter of Shiv Sena, BJP has nothing to do with it.
We did not talk to Eknath Shinde: Raosaheb Patil Danve
On the other hand, BJP leader and Union Minister Raosaheb Patil Danve on Wednesday said that the political crisis in Maharashtra is an internal matter of Shiv Sena and the BJP is not staking claim to form the government in the state.
Danve, who met party leader Devendra Fadnavis, said that no Shiv Sena MLA is in touch with the party. Union Minister of State Danve said that we have not spoken to Eknath Shinde. This is an internal matter of Shiv Sena. BJP has nothing to do with it. We are not claiming to form the government.
