Haryana School Education Department has excluded 35,000 JBT teachers from the first phase transfer process. This is a big setback for JBT, who has been waiting for transfers for six years. In the second phase, whether they will be transferred or not, the department has not yet clarified anything about how long. The schedule of the transfer process was released late on Monday evening by the Director of Secondary Education.
In the first phase, thousands of principals, headmasters, PGTs, fundamental headmasters, TGTs and language teachers will be transferred. From 11 pm on July 25, the process of volunteering for transfers started. Rationalization of posts will be done on July 31 on the basis of participating teachers and current student numbers. In the first phase, teachers’ stations will be allotted on August 15. The final transfer orders will be issued on August 19.
6000 will get permanent stations, it is necessary to participate
It is necessary for teachers with six thousand temporary stations to participate in these transfers. They will get permanent stations. There is no yes or no option for them. These include one thousand principals, one thousand headmasters, two thousand original headmasters and two thousand PGTs. Hasla’s head Satpal Sindhu and former head Dayanand Dalal said that the department should complete the transfer process in a time bound manner.

Normalization of posts will be done with the preparation of list of eligible teachers from August 1 to 4. From August 5 to 13, teachers will be able to fill their choices. On August 14, temporary stations will be given to the teachers after preparing the data of transfers. On August 15, the last station will be allotted to the qualified teachers.
For the teachers who fail, the process will be started again from August 15. To avoid transferring them anywhere, it is going to be done for the first time. The names of teachers who failed to get the station in transfers and the list of remaining posts will be published on August 15 only. From August 16 to 18, these teachers will be given a chance to fill their choices on the vacant posts. On August 19, the transfer orders of all the teachers will be issued.
