Kashi Vishwanath Dham: Baba’s income reached in crores after the launch, a record increase in the number of devotees

Due to the increase in the number of devotees, there has also been a record increase in the offerings of Baba.

Varanasi, Jn. After coming in the new avatar of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham, the number of Shiva devotees of the country and the world is continuously increasing in Kashi. As a result of this, there is a record increase in the income of devotees of Kashi Vishwanath Dham. In the months of April and May of 2021, Baba’s income was in lakhs, while now after the expansion and beautification of Anand Van, Baba’s income has reached in crores.

After the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream project Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham in a new and grand form, there has been a record increase in the influx of tourists in Kashi. The number of devotees is continuously increasing. Due to which the nearby traders are also getting benefitted. Due to the increase in the number of devotees, money is also raining in Baba’s vault. Earning lakhs of rupees daily.

Sunil Kumar Verma, Chief Executive Officer of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Trust said that after the expansion of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, the number of devotees has increased significantly.

He said that due to the increase in the number of devotees, there has been an increase in the offerings to Baba. He told that in April 2021, 71 lakh donations were received, whereas in the month of April 2022, five crore 45 lakh donations have come. In May 2021, there was an income of 21 lakhs, while in May 2022, an offering of 3 crores 24 lakhs has come.

Talking about the expenses, in the months of April and May 2021, it was 38 lakhs and 76 lakhs respectively. Whereas in the month of April and May of 2022, it has been 31 lakh and one crore 25 lakh respectively. This includes salary, general expenses, contingencies etc.
